Webex Work Bundle: Meetings and Webex Calling Uncommitted Usage (per User per Month)

Uncommitted: Uncommitted customer charges will be based on daily rates. Uncommitted users will be provisioned in Cisco Webex Control Hub. You can add or decrease users in excess of your committed number at any time during the subscription. You will be billed for uncommitted users in arrears on a monthly basis. Note that the billing for uncommitted users is approximately a 10 percent additional cost. Review your approved quote for pricing details.

The Webex Work bundle also automatically enables “uncommitted” add-on options for the following features/services: additional Webex Teams messaging users, common area calling entitlement for Webex Calling and Webex Calling for SP, Cloud Device Registration entitlement, and Webex Event Center 1000. Customers have the option to commit to a minimum number of users for any of the above add-on options if they desire.

Change/modify process: Customers who wish to increase the committed number of monthly users should perform a change / modify request through Cisco Partners. You can move from being an uncommitted to committed user by performing a change/modify request. Keep in mind that Cisco will not allow a reduction in the number of committed users during your current subscription term.
